6 Week Challenge
Fitness doesn’t have to be intimidating, it's supposed to be fun!
Who is this for?
-We are looking for people who are willing to undergo a total body transformation! This program is designed to change your life. We don't care where you're starting from, only that you try your hardest and stay committed.
Do I need to have prior exercise experience?
-No. And you do not need to be in good shape to start. This program is designed for all fitness levels. With that being said, people with a higher level of fitness will be challenged as well.
When is it?
-Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday @ 6:30 pm or 6:30am
What else is required?
-Just show up!
-Be yourself and leave your fears at the door.
What else can I expect?
- The first week will be hard, but know that it will get easier as you keep at it.
- This is not a strictly "weight loss challenge" and not everyone will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformation types are welcome.
- You will have fun. The environment is welcoming but challenging in a way you may not have ever experienced before. You will be accepted for who you are and where you are at in your fitness journey.
