Traveling, Injury or Need to Take a Break?

  1. If you going to be returning we highly recommend a hold versus canceling. This way you keep your membership rate and avoid any fees associated with canceling in the middle of the contracted term. If you cancel you will actually lose any discounted membership rates you have received.

  2. If you’re sure you’d like to hold, just complete and submit the form below. You tell us the start date and select the length of the hold (from 30 - 90 days) and we will place it on your account in Wodify. You will not receive any charges during this period.

  3. You won’t lose that value of your membership, it will just be held and when you return you will be able to continue that any paid days before having to pay again.

  4. If you cancel during the hold or without returning, you are responsible for any invoices that would have been due during the hold.

  5. PRE-PAID MEMBERS – We do not offer travel holds, but can consider a hold for injury, pregnancy or other extreme circumstances.

I understand that my membership will be put on hold for the length of time I specified above and that my membership will reinstated at the end of hold period I have selected. I authorize charges to continue as scheduled when my membership is re-instated. If I do not return at the end of the hold or if I cancel prior to the end of the hold, I agree to pay any invoices that would have been due during this time if. I understand that I must keep my payment information updated during this hold period. Memberships can be held for at least 30 days and up to 90 days.
