Traveling, Injury or Need to Take a Break?
If you are going to be returning we highly recommend a hold versus canceling. This way you keep your membership rate and avoid any fees associated with canceling.
A membership hold will also keep the value of the membership, so when you return you’ll be able to continue with any (pre) paid days and your next membership invoice date will be adjusted accordingly.
If you would like to put your membership on hold please submit a Membership Hold Request below. You tell us the start date and end date and we will place it on your account in Wodify.
If you cancel during the hold or without returning, you will be subject to the cancellation charge which is the cost of one month membership at your current rate.
