Member Policies:
  • We offer a 10% monthly discount for Military, First Responders & Students

  • We offer a discounted teen membership if they are a 2nd member from the family, as well as discounted couples rates.

  • Discounts cannot be combined. The highest available discount will be applied.

  • We have a generous Membership Referral Program. For every person that you refer, you will receive a $50 membership credit once they have paid for their first month. (On "Bring a Friend" days, your friend can ALSO receive a $50 credit on their SECOND month!) Please make sure management is aware of your referral to get the credit (we have referral cards to help with this!)

  • Memberships require a 7 day notice to hold (for at least 30 days and up to 90 days), use the Hold Form and review the hold policy below.

  • Memberships require a 30 day notice for cancellation, use the Cancel Form and review the cancel policy below. No exceptions.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

"Becoming Our Best" Policies

1) GIVE YOUR BEST. Work as hard as you can for that day. Never quit. Show up as often as you can.

2) HAVE A GROWTH MINDSET. Be honest with yourself. Set goals! Check your ego. No cherry-picking. Practice practice practice. Grow from your failures. Track your progress (in Wodify).

3) BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FITNESS, HEALTH & SAFETY. Move with integrity and proper form. Our workouts are tough. The weight is heavy. If you need to pull back, tell the coach and do so. This is being smart, not weak! >> ALSO, for the health & well being of everyone, if you are sick please stay home and recover until you are 24 hr symptom free (of fever, contagious symptoms, etc). 

4) CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. Throw your trash (water bottles/bandaids/used tape/food/etc) away. Pick up your weights. Put away your boxes. Sanitize where your DNA (sweat/blood/bodily fluids) was left. TAKE YOUR STUFF HOME! We have a collection of jackets/water bottles/baby toys/random stuff. Take home what you came in with!
5) ENCOURAGE OTHERS. Everyone has a place and we can all be challenged together. You were the newbie once, too. Get to know the person you are sweating next to.

6) KEEP YOUR KIDS SAFE. Kids are welcome and we have a great child care area! Please clean up after them. Unless they are participating as a registered member of a class, kids are not allowed past the red line during class times. It is for their own safety and yours.
7) ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS HAVE FUN! Your perspective is everything.

Cancellation Policy

  1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change. Any discounted rates you’ve received will be forfeited and cannot be reactivated.

  2. If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request for at least 30 and up to 90 days per year. We highly recommend this, click here to submit a REQUEST FOR MEMBERSHIP HOLD instead.

  3. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Any invoices due during these 30 days must be paid for the cancellation to be complete.

  4. CONTRACT MEMBERS:  If you are in the middle of a contracted term, then the last invoice for your contract will also be due upon cancellation as stated in your membership agreement. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 30-day period, that payment will also be due. DISCOUNTED MEMBERSHIPS- The accumulated discount total for all paid invoices must also be paid as part of the cancellation process. Difference accumulated from the $156/month/person rate.

  5. MONTH -TO- MONTH MEMBERS: your contract will be terminated 30 days from once you have completed the form below and received a confirmation email from our team. All invoices during this period are due and must be paid for your cancellation to be complete. You may definitely attend classes until the end of this period.

  6. PRE-PAID MEMBERS: All payments are non-refundable. Please reach out to us so we can work through your situation together.

Traveling, Injury, or Need to Take a Break?

Hold Policy

  1. If you going to be returning we highly recommend a hold versus cancelling. This way you keep your membership rate and avoid any fees associated with cancelling in the middle of the contracted term. If you cancel you will actually lose any discounted membership rates you have received.

  2. If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request for at least 30 and up to 90 days per year. You tell us the start date and select the length of the hold and we will place it on your account in Wodify. You will not receive any charges during this period.

  3. If you’re sure you’d like to hold, just complete and submit the form below. We need at least 7 days notice before any upcoming charges to place a hold. If a charge is due in those 7 days you won’t lose that value of membership, it will just held and when you return you will be able to continue that paid month without having to pay again.

  4. PRE-PAID MEMBERS – We do not offer travel holds, but can consider a hold for injury, pregnancy or other extreme circumstances.
