Cool Afternoon Snack


Cool afternoon snack on a hot summer day: cold smoothie & a piece of dark chocolate.

Pro tip: Sneak in more veggies to your diet by adding them to your smoothies! Spinach or califlower blend in well with your favorite fruits. Adding ground flax seed & kefir is another way to power up your smoothie.

Recipe:

- Non-dairy milk

- Homemade kefir

- vanilla bean protein powder

- handful spinach

- Tblspoon flax seed

- frozen cherries

- frozen raspberries

(add liquids first, frozen things last!)

And blend!
