Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy Bites


It's about time that we share another healthy & yummy recipe! This 4-ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy bite is a quick, easy, no-bake recipe that tastes like cookie dough! (#WinWinWinWin) Coach Lauren found the recipe via BalancedAmes, but the original recipe is from Healthy Liv: Ingredients: 1 3/4 cup oats (old-fashioned or quick cooking) 3/4 cup all-natural peanut butter (If your natural peanut butter has been refrigerated and is thick, try popping the measuring cup of peanut butter in the microwave for 10-15 seconds) 1/3 cup honey (or slightly more if needed to bind mixture together) 1/3 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips (I used mini) Optional: 1/4 cup wheat bran, hemp seeds, flax seeds, or chia seeds Mix together all ingredients, roll into 1" balls, and store in the fridge (up to 3 weeks) or freezer (up to 6 months). {Full recipe - image author's own} I know there are a lot of other "energy/protein bite" recipes & flavors out there!
