#MemberCrushMonday: Nichole Guinn


Today our #MemberCrushMonday is on Nichole Guinn, one of our many moms dedicated to working out even though it often means including interruptions from a certain small child... (Proud of your commitment even when it is hard!)

She enjoys hiking Camelback Mountain and training for a variety of half-marathons. Nichole has raced in a half ironman, full marathon and numerous half marathons. She is passionate about spending time with her family – two daughters, Tatum and Hayden, and husband Josh. Eating good local food and trying new places is something she really enjoys.

A little over a month ago, Nichole joined CrossFit after seeing a friend’s amazing results with us. Since day 1 she has felt very welcomed, and is usually found at the 8am or 9am class.

Nichole says, "I look forward to my Crossfit workouts because it’s always a different workout, it’s never boring. I also like not having to think about what I’m going to do at the gym, I just have to show up. My favorite Crossfit workout is the deadlift and back squat."
