What do you do outside of CrossFit?
We LOVE going to the Dunes! Glamis Sand Dunes and Gordons Well are a few of our favorite spots. We love our RZR and we love camping!
I love to be active and love the outdoors!
Hiking, fishing, hunting (archery and rifle)
Love taking my little one to the zoo, the aquarium and introducing her to great things outdoors.
What is something about you that would surprise us?
I have my first cow Elk hunt coming up in October! And I'm super excited about it. I have the most amazing husband who is teaching me about scouting and learning the hunting ropes!
I use to downhill mountain bike prior to becoming a parent and it was one of the most exciting and amazing experiences ever.
I was into competing in bikini bodybuilding prior to becoming pregnant. I will be perusing this again after I am done nursing my little one.

What do you enjoy?
I love anything workout related and being active. It is a necessity for my mental health. And I truly just need the gym/workout for my overall well being and to be the best mom and wife that I can be.
Why do you CrossFit?
CrossFit runs deep in my roots. I was originally introduced to CrossFit when I was Miss Arizona Unites States in 2009. I have always been pushing the limits of fun/adventure/and crazy. So I was told to look into it and from then I was hooked. I was a die hard CrossFitter all through College and after I graduated. I wanted to mix things up a bit and transitioned over to bodybuilding a few years ago, and now I am back to CrossFit.
What is your favorite CrossFit lift/workout?
Honestly since I am just getting back into CrossFit from being away and having a baby I don't have a favorite lift or workout yet. But in time I will.
