Learn Olympic Weightlifting!

In this class we teach the snatch and clean and jerk from the foundational to competition level. We pride ourselves in teaching the lifts with great form and technique.

We have an amazing program dedicated to women who are pregnant, just had a child, or have had a child(ren) in the past and still experience symptoms such as incontinence or diastasis recti from pregnancy.
