In this class we teach the snatch and clean and jerk from the foundational to competition level. We pride ourselves in teaching the lifts with great form and technique.
We have a coach dedicated to guiding women who are pregnant, just had a child, or have had a child(ren) in the past and still experience symptoms such as incontinence or diastasis recti from pregnancy.
