🍏 eating 4 sevings of veggies or fruit per day 

💤 sleep (set a sleep goal that is realistic for you!)

💦 hydration (drink more water)

💪 exercise (mod-high intensity exercise 30 mins at least 4 times a week, HOME WORKOUT friendly!)

😌 stress relief! (spend 10 minutes a day doing something you love!)


🏆 We will be using this Wodify Rise app for all point tracking which will give us a live leader board! Prizes will be given to the top 2 winners!

Each week will also have a bonus challenge that changes weekly and most of them are designed to help us have hope and positivity through this situation!

You'll be assigned an accountability group and coach, so there will be group accountability. If you are a MEMBER of Chuckwalla you will also have a 1-on-1 coach to help customize everything to you!
