Meets: Tuesday & Thursday pm, Sat & Sun am

 

Cost: $350 paid in full

This class is designed to help our student athletes become the best they can. During this class we will be working to improve athleticism, speed and strength. By working on movement patterns, strength building exercises, agility and conditioning, our athletes will improve in all these aspects. Utilizing a training method that will includes a wide variety of exercises we will ensure we create well balanced athletes who are able to chase after their goals.
